Forever Smile

Forever Smiles is committed to promoting oral health among children in our community. Through our Sunny Smiles program, we offer a school-based prevention initiative that provides dental sealants, fluoride varnish, and oral hygiene instructions to students across St. Lucie County schools.

At the beginning of each school year, we send home a dental consent form with every child, seeking parent permission for participation in the Sunny Smiles program. Once a child receives treatment through the program, we send a letter home detailing the services provided and any recommended follow-up care.

By bringing preventive dental services directly to schools, Sunny Smiles aims to make oral health care more accessible to children in our community, helping to establish healthy habits and reduce the incidence of tooth decay.
